It's hard to say. Will the relaid Monaco track (first time since 2010 when the fast times began) be even faster? If post Manangoi bust Tim is in 3:36 shape, will it mean a slower race than the past few seasons?
If the pacing is right, and assuming the track is just as fast as last year, Jakob should break Nick's clean WR, and could go under 3:29.
Thankfully you set yourself up with plenty of excuses - your favorite thing - when he doesn’t break 3:29.

lolol at the thought of nick willis being the fastest clean runner ever
you are absolutely delusional (and, it bears repeating, virulently racist)
Wait, why is it saying that Willis is the fastest clean runner a racist thing?
3:33
I don't know why so many people expect sub 3:30, nothing indicate it.

It paints a clear picture once combined with all his posting history.

Lol, I think something like 1/4 of the names above him have now been suspended or banned. I don't know if he is the clean WR holder, but he is the first person on the list it's reasonable to assume was clean. And 2 or 3 of the names above him are EPO era Spanish, so shut up with the constant playing of the race card. There was a point in history when 25 of the top women's 400m times were probably from the Soviet Bloc, and it wasn't racist to suggest the 26th (Western) 400m runner was the true WR holder.

3:30.16 last year at 18.
2k 4:50.01
Better LT measurements.
Optimistic feedback from the team.
Better every season.
Very good weather forecast.
De facto season final.

Well, then maybe you shouldn't make statements like "Nick's clean WR".
Facts:
Willis is no. 26, so you are claiming that the best 25 runners are cheats.
Only one of them is from Spain (Cacho), not 2 or 3.
One of them is British, btw. One of them is French.
Willis, well, he is the rare exception among the top runners with his PR over 1500 at age 32 (yes in Monaco, but he ran in Monaco before), and a well-documented cheat in his personal life.
Not sure why you put so much trust into Willis.

Is that really what you think?
Semiler wrote:3:30.16 last year at 18.
Sooner or later he'll run 3:29 or even 3:28. But this year? It's just a weird year, and not too many competitors will be in great shape to make for a fast race, imho.
3:30.2
He will never respond to facts...

I've said before, Venuste Niyongabo ran 3:29.18.
Why is he a doper and Nick Willis is not?
He gave his place in the 1500 at the Olympics to an aging teammate despite being one of the favourites in the event.
Venuste is today a member of the ‘Champions for Peace’ club, a group of 54 famous elite athletes committed to serving peace in the world through sport, created by Peace and Sport, a Monaco-based international organization
He has 1000x more credibility than you.

No, even Coevett would argue that there is something funny.
My guess: 3:28.74. Better than Big Mac PR, Iguider PR, Manangoi PR, Farah PR and Kwemoi PR.
I feel dirty even reading those names.
