I cannot believe that the Great Meathead hasn't arrived to insist that OP eat nothing but meat, that meat is the answer to all things and that only the all meat eater can possibly be healthy while all others are on the edge of death.
But hey, your mileage may very.
Lol I came here to laugh at his drivel.

I’m new to Let’s Run, but I’ve read quite a bit of stuff on here... Right now I’m up to 126 MPW and I’m still adapting to higher mileage. I went from 64 at the beginning of the year to just about doubling that. Overall I feel good however I have some big goals.
There is no strong evidence that any vitamin in supplement form will help you run well nor will help your health. There is one exception if you are so deficient in something that you have a clinical deficiency in a particular vitamin. In that case, a supplement can help. If you are eating lots of (and a wide variety of) vegetables and fruits, grains, and nuts, and if you like also eat some eggs, fish, and unprocessed dairy/meat, you will do well. Most vitamins achieved via food have far superior effects than anything found in a bottle. Most pill vitamins basically just make your urine more expensive. The 3 most common exceptions are
B12 - only needed if you are vegan
D - only needed if you live in an extremely grey weather city and don't go outside much
Iron - if you are anemic.
Note, all of these cases are folks with conditions. Basically you just have to eat well if you are normal.
My 13 year old son is a really picky eater. I have him take Iron, B12, Potassium , and Vitamin C.
Seems like it works since he has PRs of 4:45 1500m, 10:00 3000m 17:57 5K, 29:33 8K.
Since since he hasn't raced much this year I would guess he's closer to 4:40 1500m/ 9:45 3000m/ 17:00 5K, 29:00 8K.
Bottled vitamins and other “supplements” are just worthless profit machines for big pharma and the all-organic coops frequented by you vegan snowflakes. I know from experience. In my 30s, I ate a diet of almost 100% grains, fruits and vegetables, and took a daily vitamin. Grains, fruits and veggies are full of cytosktinerufj98 toxins and it showed. Despite working out 10+hours a week, my 10k time actually decreased in my 30s. My skin was gray yellowish and puffy and bloated. I had terrible gastro-intestinal issues, crapping my pants on a near daily basis at work. I wore Velcro etonics and had a subscription to Ranger Rick. My finger nails were black and my eyeballs began to fall out. Also, I became a vampire with fangs and my lungs liquefied out my anus.
Now, at 64, I’ve switched to a 100% all-meat CARNIVOROUS T-REX ™ diet AND I’ve NEVER FELT NOR LOOKED BETTER. All the nutrients a human being needs can be obtained by eating a diet of bacon, spare ribs, pork chops and road kill—just like our ancestors. No vitamins or “special pills” necessary, you hippy libtards.
I’ll say it again because NO ONE in my life (family, co-workers, my postman, you wimpy needle d*cks) gets tired of hearing it. I am an Adonis. In fact, my doctor says I’m close to demi-god status—perhaps god’s most perfect human being. While you vegan snowflakes are hugging your knees on the bathroom floor, writhing in pain from your toxic foods and flatulating some cream-colored bubbly ooze from your nether orifices, I’m up at 5am devouring rare T-bones, pounding Instagram-worthy hot Ace and smoking guy’s half my age at the track (sometimes all at once.) I’ve received a promotion, now drive a Ferrari and was voted President of my condo board—all thanks to 100% MEAT EATER diet, b*tches.
I'm ready to buy in, I bet your diet can also prevent Covid
It would if COVID weren't 100% fake!
It seems to me that vitamin C is very useful for you as an athlete, and also pay attention to collagen, which affects the skin and connective tissue. It is very important. To do this, for example, I take OPC Vital capsules from Vitality Nutritionals. You can read more about them here https://www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/opc-vital-opc-capsules. These capsules combine French grape seed extract with natural vitamin C and organic amla berries. OPC Vital capsules protect cells from oxidative stress, promote normal collagen formation and normalize the functioning of the immune system.
Just eat a diet of whole foods and don’t waste your money on snake oil.
That must be YMMV.
If you feel okay, you probably don't need any more vitamins. Buying supplements is usually throwing away money. Expensive pee is what you get! However if you feel sloggish, dissy or any unnormal feelings, take a blood test to know what you are missing.

Why would the OP need more Vit D? He's running 125 MPW. Outdoors I presume.
I test deficient in Vitamin D even though I regularly run outside. I take 2,000iu of D3 daily with Magnesium.
What do you take for your skin? I would like to get any tips here. I have not taken any vitamins or supplements, so I need everything that makes sense. I have also found a good skin care clinic on https://lumiskins.ca/ I'll see what they tell me there...
I don't know if crowdsourcing vitamins is the best way to find out what your body needs. I would draw blood and see if any markers trend on the low side. Make it a point to do that if you're fatigued -- but you might find out vitamin levels still look fine.
Generally, iron + vitamin d are things you could safely take a couple times a week. Other than that I would focus more on recovery than trying to find a magic solution in pill form. Are you taking in enough protein? Are you sleeping enough? How is your salt/sugar/electrolyte intake? A lot of vitamins are gimicky & your body doesn't retain them well plus you spend a ton of money on them.
World Athletics published a report indicating beets & caffeine as two natural, legal, performance enhancers. Those are things to incorporate in training.
I agree that it is better to address a doctor and do the blood test first. Of course, almost all runners take Vitamin D and Iron, but all vitamins and supplements have contraindications and side effects. I always read the detailed info about the pills I'm goig to take online. In most cases I choose the Canadian pharmacy site for this purpose https://www.canadapharmacy.com/
The body is my treasure, and I invest a lot of money, not for plastic surgeries, but vitamins, workouts, and sports competitions. During my childhood, I practiced swimming, volleyball, and dancing. That year was the most productive one because I understood what I enjoyed and dedicated myself to becoming a professional. After pregnancy, I stopped doing sport for a while. Still, I maintained healthy taking Vitamin C and D, Omega 3, and a complete vitamin complex from https://www.kiwigym.ro/vitamine-si-minerale/universal-nutrition-animal-pak-44plicuri to have strength during my workouts. Stay healthy!
