The 37s are better. You can get them cheap if you buy the old colors.
Buy whichever is cheaper. 36s are good. 37s are good. I've run in almost exclusively pegs for about 6 years now.
Oh and yes, they are best as a primary trainer, easy-moderate and long runs.
What about 33?
37 is expensive for me.
