I thought Dathan would be pushing more mileage tbh.

he ran nearly 100 miles a week before bumping it down to the 80’s a couple weeks ago and 65 last week for Monday’s time trial

Are the paces/times anywhere?
Kinda useless if not to be honest.
He logs every run on strava. So just look on there for more details.

This is meant to be a birds-eye view. If you do not find that kind of thing useful, this is not necessarily for you. However, as "kbofa" says, he logs everything on Strava. You can get more details for each run there. Maybe this "kinda useless" schedule I've compiled will help you know where to look for specific details once you're there... sort of like a map, or a birds-eye view
If nothing else the training sure looks consistent.

I mean yes but no.
8x200 for example. Is that 200s at 5k pace with 100 or 200m jog. Or 8x200 at 800 pace with 3-4 minutes recovery.
Completely different workouts. Completely different purposes.

Birds-eye man! If you would like those details you can totally check that date on Strava
I also thought his LT mileage per session would be higher as well.
Seems like pretty reasonable, doable training.
I was honestly surprised by the amount of speed sessions (although the paces weren't listed). I would've expected longer tempo's or really long threshold interval sessions. I guess you have to take altitude into account a little, but still. Certainly makes his mile time make more sense now. Always saw him as a 10k guy, but he has some wheels.

wtf does this even mean. of course it's reasonable, doable training. unless you're doping, nobody's doing crazy sessions
It's track season phase, not summer or XC season.
No mention of his biking program?

Not sure when exactly he started working with Dathan but if you look at that schedule, it is a lot of miles for a guy for a guy who is doubling like 2x/week. Most weeks are like 3 x12 mile runs, 1 15, 2 workouts and like a 9 mile day. Thats like 80-85 mpw in singles. Thats a lot. Throw in the 10 miles from the 2 doubles and that is a pretty decent volume for a guy looking to be a track guy. I assume at some point he will start doubling 4-5x/week and the mileage will creep up towards 120.
I would guess july maybe june when Ritz jumped in. That 8x200 then 8x200 hills is something that Salazar has in his program early on so I would guess that. I've used similar workouts and the reverse of it doing 8-16x200 hills then 8x200 on the track in the past. If you have read running with the buffalo's you can see most of it is Wetmore training/influence to start.
