Hi guys, this past Monday I was preparing for an exam that was to take place the day after and I think I got some severe anxiety because of it: I got the typical signs of this test anxiety i usually get when a big test comes up: shivering, a feeling of intense hunger but not wanting to even think about food, nausea, and increased breathing and walking around to try and calm down.
I ended up finishing my exam (on tuesday) and started developing a cough, and Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday have all been spent with a cough (which from wednesday to friday was pretty brutal but admittedly nothing serious I think). I also have constant shivers and I did overheat sometimes but that seems to be pretty much gone since a few days ago.
To sum up, here have been my overall symptoms since I got sick:
A) shivers
B) cough
c) headaches and other aches
Haven't had any of the other symptoms associated with Covid. Thought about getting tested but since it didn't seem too serious of a case, I figured it better to just isolate and wait it out. Would appreciate any advice. I'm still recovering, the cough is there but much better and waning, just like the headaches (but to a tiny lesser degree); but the frequent random shivers are still there and I don't know why.
