I personally have been affected quite a lot.
I lost my job due to the pandemic, but was fortunate enough to find a new one with similar pay. I know others who weren't so lucky though.
I'm a frequent fun-runner, and to be honest Saturday mornings are often the highlight of my week. Doing EVERY run and session solo is definitely a little less enjoyable than being able to run with others, but at least I'm lucky that I'm still healthy and CAN train.
I've also had to completely cancel other hobbies, such as bowling, which is something I thoroughly enjoy.
Overally my quality of life has decreased, but I still don't know a single person who's been ill, so I could count myself lucky. A friend of a friend took their own life due to the mental health issues caused by the lockdown, so I know many have been affected much more than I have.
