One of the articles posted specifically notes the disparity in COVID19 between races in the US. Looks like whites have the least amount of cases relative to their population with asians also coming in with a bit less than their representation. Here is the graph: https://imgur.com/a/nZMVhiq
I think this likely has something to do with the fact (also) that many black and Hispanic people are also "essential workers."
I don't know what it looks like where you live, but so many of the guys doing construction where I live are not white. And killing cows, pigs and chickens in butchering facilities? Not white.
I could go on, but I think there is a lot more to this stat than just "race."
