1 hour, 43 minutes and 67 seconds is very slow for an 800.
And you put it in bold.
Come on, nobody writes 67 seconds -this would be 1:44:07

Brazier will run 1:43 mid and they will say he looked like he was jogging.
I think this is the most likely outcome, and we’ll have to wait till Monaco to see a concerted record attempt. I hope I’m wrong and he runs aggressively tonight.
i would think he will run aggressively just to prepare for monaco. i hope!
practice and adjust for his ideal pace strategy.

Evidently Donavan Brazier will be running an 800 in Portland tonight at a pop up meet. I'm gonna say he goes 1:41.43,
LRC note: We're making this the official thread. Meet starts 10:50 eastern. Video stream is on LRC homepage

Might be right, but still might break AR, by a bit. Would be amazing to see even 1:42 broken. Cant rule out 1:41.99- he has strength and speed. Needs a strong pacer for 550m (:69)
I appreciate the full name they’ve given the event - “The Bigger Friendly 3: Revenge of the Friendly.” Perhaps they can stream Monaco and call it The Bigger Friendly 4: European Vacation.
He's gonna run a time that only 2 other men and history have beaten? Okay.
1.43.44. He's only human.
Book it

2 other men *in* history. Man the lack of an edit function, especially when writing something from a phone, sucks.
Rowbury looks pretty good, I'll guess 4:03-4:05
1:41.72. Book it.
Rowbury has been looking good recently. Problem is, the 1500 is as deep as it's ever been in the US. Actually, so is the 5k, with Schweizer, Houlihan, and Purrier. I think her best bet of making an Olympic team is to run the 5k at the Trials and hope for Houlihan and/or Purrier to opt out.
2 minutes till the 800 start. Can’t wait for this!
1:42.77
live feed froze halfway through the race
Great run, too bad nobody could see it.
stream pauses at 38.0 seconds! What happens!?
1:43.84 was Brazier's time for those of you whose live stream froze (seems like everyone?)
1:39.99
Why can 12 year old kids flawlessly live stream video, but when it comes to track, it becomes a cluster?
1.43.84
Close. I am still in amazement at the amount of "knowledgeable" track followers here who legitimately thought he was going to run under 1.42.
This is a superb run from him as it is
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06

Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
