Welcome week blues?

What would the average 20-something male trying to improve his mile time run on:
A. A smart 50 mpw?
B. 50 mpw of junk miles?
Assume that he has long enough time to reach his potential on 50 mpw. An average person does not run 50 mpw. So although he was very average before building safely to 50 mpw, he wouldn’t be fat at all because he runs 50 mpw.
Re-read the original post. He asked about what could be run in half a year.
According to the CDC, the average 20-39 year old American man was ...
Yeah, and that obviously doesn’t make sense, so I posed a different question?
Did you know that David45 wrote the original post? Did you expect him to write something that made sense? He suffers from ligma.
Some of you fake David's are as bad as the real one. How many cars can an average man lift over his head if he works up to benching 1000 pounds after 6 months? DNS just like the other question because less than 50% of men are capable of running 50MPW. An average/median guy on optimal training can probably run a 7 minute mile in his prime.

What if David45, Greg, and the430miler were all going to attend one of Jamin’s meetups? Would you attend?
Got to love these post basically saying anyone can run a 4,5 or6 minute mile with the right training. Well that's kind of the hard part. Getting out the door to run 50 miles a week is not as easy as it sounds on paper. That's like saying anyone can legit break 80 in golf, play the violin at a decent level or become a doctor or lawyer. It just takes a little bit of dedication for a few years and viola! Simple.
For half a year with what background? What’s average? Pick a semi-pro footballer and maybe 4:30. Pick some random accountant, maybe 5:30

Welcome week blues?
It's when you get to college, and you're super lonely during orientation week (and you will likely post all about it right here)
Or you are actually not the person you say you are, based on now-deleted reddit posts. Where you admit being over 30 and near 40.
Please help me believe you. Help others believe you. No one will bother if they don't believe you're a real person.

How am I supposed to prove I am real?
You are not real because I am the real David45. I am going to UCLA next year. You are just a fake name on Letsrun.
