F - 2 miles WU, 5x1k (400 RI), 3.5 CD - 1k's at - 3:12, 3:13, 3:14, 3:13, 3:09 - This was the w/o that was supposed to be on Tuesday

Tuesday I just started to completely overheat during the second rep and couldn't get it back before starting the third, so I bailed on the workout. It was something like 96 degrees or something, so I didn't feel too bad, but hate quitting workouts. Either way, that's ok, I made up for it on Friday. Saturday and Sunday featured a ton of hills, so although they were easy paces, they did not feel particularly easy.
All in all a good week. Trying to keep cool, we are decidedly in the dog days of summer. Went out for 10 this morning and felt... awful. But 10 in the books and we're still rolling.
