Ghost 6 was Brookes best version of the model. I gave up after 8. I wear a different brand entirely now, but if Brooks ever re-releases the 6, I'll buy a pair.
I got nearly 800 miles out of them.

Hyperion tempo. Durable enough for my trail use, fits like a glove w/ ample forefoot room, firm but cushioned enough for pavement- just ridiculous pricing is it’s big negative
While I haven’t tried the Brooks Ghost, Asics Novablast 2 ( more stable than version 1) is a very comfortable and cushioned shoe that feels great on easy days. The increased stability features made it a slower but more comfortable shoe compared to version 1
