So far pa, nj,ct and ny are
Texas still is from what we've been told
Indiana is still on.
Illinois is, for now, but I can see that changing
What about all the other states? Anyone ?
Washington should announce their intentions in the next day or 2. California cancelled theirs, so my guess is washington will as well since we like to mimic whatever California does.

True, however I can name about 10-15 schools/districts here which have either canceled fall sports outright or suspended them indefinitely. Also, one of the state's largest XC meets, the Culver Academies Invitational (scheduled for Sept. 25) has already canceled.
The Manhattan Invitational has been cancelled in NY.
NJ has cancelled their state meet and meet of champions.
Blue California can not start cross country until November....things that make you go Hmmmm.
Iowa is the most likely to have fall sports because it is the only state that has summer sports and they are playing as usual. Baseball and Softball playoffs are ongoing.
South Dakota and Nebraska have both announced in the last 48 hours that fall sports would start for high schools as scheduled.
Michigan is a go
The IHSAA has said since the beginning of summer that they are intending to go through with fall sports this year. According the recent video below which comes from an NBC local affiliate in the South Bend area, the Commissioner basically stated that while it would be irresponsible to say that Fall Sports will happen for certain at this point, as of now, they have no intention of shutting things down and will continue to monitor the situation.

Tennessee is full gas for non contact sports. Contact sports have to wait till the state's state of emergency is lifted to play
Do people think that some Hs kids will cross borders to run a few races this fall? Could they do it and compete via their HS team? Curious
Texas is having xc but I'm not sure it's even going to be worth the time doing it.
At meets you may only run 1 division. IE Varsity, JV, or junior high. Only 8 teams per meet. All post season meets have been moved back 1 month so state is now Dec 5th. Deadline for district is Nov 14th and regionals is Nov 23rd.
Ohio is
Maine is a go. The start of the season has been moved back 2 weeks. Practices start on September 8 and meets start September 17. No decision yet on regional and state meets but they will likely happen with modifications.
