I am trying to find out what marathons (if any) will be held in the USA between now (July 10) and December 1, 2020.
Thank you

I would check the race calendar part of Marathonguide.com, then check the specific race websites from that list if the race is cancelled or not.

+1
Do the work yourself.
All are gonna be cancelled. Fargo MIGHT make it. I doubt it though. We are in a free fall in corona cases and the world will be ever changed because the way we handled it. Winter will now be corona, flu and cold.
Fargo and Omaha are the only two I know of, that are not cancelled as of right now.
That said, I agree that nothing will go on in 2020. We can't get groups of 10 together without outbreaks, so good luck with that.
As of a couple of days ago, the Silver Comet full & half outside of Atlanta were still planned for Halloween.
Indy Monumental, Philly, Richmond, NJ Marathon are still technically “on”. Richmond seems the most committed to finding a way to run it. Findmymarathon has a list but it’s not very update (it has Baystate, Wineglass and Mohawk-Hudson still listed and those have all been canceled). Of course Chicago hasn’t made any official announcement, but it’s hard to picture that one happening.
Marine corps hasn't cancelled yet, but they upped the minimum pace to a BRUTAL 12min/mile to thin the crowd :)
"List of 2020 Marathons that are Still Scheduled:"

Find my marathon.com has a calendar dedicated to that. Their other calendars show that it is cancelled or the 2021 date.

I just noticed. It has some of the rescheduled marathons listed, but it also lists marathons that were cancelled weeks ago.
A reasonable strategy would involve starting at runningintheusa.com and searching a state with a low number of cases and lenient governors, and then checking the relevant websites. For traditional-ish marathons in Montana, for example, I find these two still going ahead:
Madison/Big Sky marathons, July 18/19
Montana Marathon, September 20
Other states worth checking: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming

Thank you all for taking the time.
Most of the online calendars are not up to date and input from the knowledgeable Letsrun family is helpful.

"lenient governors."
I just went through the findmymarathon list on Monday. Most are virtual. Some have been cancelled. I wouldn’t consider a virtual marathon eligible for the “still happening” list.
I didn’t check any of the revel/downhill marathons. I’m sure they’ll take your money until the day before when they cancel.
OC Marathon is November 8, so far.
Pikes Peak Marathon is happening too, in late August
I would suspect Bizz Johnson in Westwood is going to happen.
