I’ve been eating more than normally. Even after I eat a big meal, I still have an appetite. Any advice on how to fix this?

Eat more
We’re gonna need some context and training history before advising anything. Age, weekly mileage, 5k pr and of course what’s your 400m to see what kinda speed we are working with. Open 400 NOT a relay split.
run less

The ravenous hunger is a sign you're burning a lot of muscle glycogen which suggests you're running your easy/recovery runs too fast.
The point of high mileage is to build the aerobic systems and when that's done successfully, you won't be burning as much muscle glycogen. Which means you won't get as hungry.
If you can train that hard to get hungry, it means your training is effective and your body needs calories/carbs/energy to rebuild and become stronger. Adaptions to training take place in the recovery period.
So I wouldn't sweat it, the worst thing you could do is underfueling and failing to provide enough energy which is necessary for the body to adapt.
If you are mentally struggling, just eat something nice to provide the energy, like ice creams or sweets, as long as you don't need to watch your weight (BMI 21 or less).
Eat more, but monitor your weight tbh. I gained a lot of weight during college because I didn't think about what I ate. It was too much. Then everyone started telling me not to worry about it because they were afraid of causing an eating disorder.
You gotta find your operation! Eat some ice cream!

Make sure that you're getting some fat, which satisfies hunger, in your diet. Also, eating (some kinds of) carbs has the effect of making a person want *more* carbs, so be careful on that end of things.
You may also be dehydrated
You're just burning more calories. It's normal. You'll get used to it. Find good healthy foods that are high in calories that are quick and easy to prepare, so at least that way you don't spend your whole day making and eating food.
when I started running again, I needed to eat right before, during and right after a 90min+ run otherwise I would feel exhausted.
After a couple of month it is back to normal.
Just eat what your body wants. You need a period of adaptation.
Ice cream is too high sugar ( unless you have a small serving). Instead go for all natural ( no ingredients besides peanuts) peanut butter.
bump
Seriously? You are hungry because you are running more.
