I changed my shoulder turn to make sure I really get my weight shifted back and lead the downswing with my shoulders instead of arms/wrist. That has made a big difference in how high I am hitting the ball. I am able to get the ball to stick on the greens much better, especially when I am more than 150 yards out. And I can control my driver much better now that I can land the ball softly. If I ever get used to hitting hybrid clubs, I may actually have a shot at a sub 10 handicap for the first time ever in my 50s.
As for running, now fricking way. It will be a miracle if I can break 20 min for a 5k again.
