I posted before, but it was deleted, but the question is a serious one:
With no big marathons, etc happening for the foreseeable future, is doing the summer of malmo indefinitely the best strategy for most age-grouper level athletes? You may gain or maintain your aerobic qualities, but you also would touch on some high end speed that often goes neglected when the average person trains for half/full marathon distance.
It's enough to slowly improve and do things that are good for you but not often easy to fit in a race build while keeping you engaged and not burnt out.
