Suppose an extremely dedicated person, I mean, the most dedicated person in the whole world, and he has an unbelievable resilient body, he can take whatever training load you throw at him, like he can recover from the most absurdly hard training session with just an easy day made of a double AM 9-10miles PM 5-6Miles, so he can manage 3 hard days per week (with even double workout day) and a long run.
How would the training schedule of such a freak look like? (Assuming the greatest amount of work a person can do)
