For someone who doubles, is it better to do an easy run in the morning and a hard workout at the end of the afternoon-start of evening or vice-versa?
Some pros prefer one and some prefer other, which do you think is better? Is there any advantage in doing one way instead of the other?
Only thing I know is that my threshold pace becomes a little slower when I've already done a run that day. Maybe is it because I'm no used to it it yet and as I keep doing my threshold pace will come back to normal.
Any ideas?
