Would not be medically classified as "overweight." Would, however, be 10-15 pounds above racing weight.
Depends how much you eat, duh.
I run about 15 miles a week, I’m middle aged and I am far from overweight. I’m 5’11, about 170. I look decent. Of course, I do other exercise as well, 30 minutes of body weight stuff, plus yard work, a couple long hikes per week.

And what speed you do your 20mpw at.
This means you are burning roughly 2,000 calories a week through running (less than 300 a day).
While better than nothing, eating one donut a day would erase this calorie deficit.
Offensive linemen at D1, D2 and N.F.L. level demonstrate that one can out eat training. It is not difficult at all to out eat running 15 miles per week.

If you're doing 20mpw of sprints (not likely) you'll build a lot of muscle which will burn a lot more calories through the day than 20mpw of jogging at fat-burning levels which do nothing outside of the run.
Almost certainly your calorie intake will change for those two routines.
Having more muscle will push your weight up but not necessarily in unhealthy ways.

You are not far from overweight. You are about 10 lbs. from the clinical definition of overweight (if you’re not rounding at all). Most runners would consider themselves to be too heavy if they were just 10 lbs. shy of the medical overweight classification.
I don’t think I would be “overweight,” but I would definitely be a solid 20 pounds over racing weight.
I wouldn't be overweight. I know as I jogged 15-20 mpw for a few years, and ranged from 123-125lbs at 5'5. (female) Running 50mpw now I am 10 lbs under that, but most people considered me thin before.
