Independently of how many miles he ran at the end of the week, if a guy is running 70-80min in one session the 40-50min on the second one, everyday, except that in workout days (2-3/week) he's first session is 2 hours (warm up, drills, strides, workout and cools down) and on Sundays he does a 2 hours long run (sometimes runs 30min on a second session).
Is he's simply dedicating himself to The Difficulty Task or is he bound to overtraing no matter how resilient his body is?
