Medical care in the US is by far the best in the world, assuming you are in the 1%, preferably the .5%. Otherwise, your medical care is heinously expensive, unpredictable, freighted with deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance even for the well-insured, and generally a frightening sh!t-show if you need anything more than the most basic care.
I have excellent healthcare, and I have employment and yet I live with constant nagging anxiety about what would happen to my family if one of us required advanced medical care. If you aren't in the .5%, a health emergency or chronic illness could easily bankrupt you and ruin your life in the US. Those of you who don't fully understand that are deluded.
I would happily trade my insurance and coverage for universal coverage, and would happily pay quite a bit more overall per month to guard against ever having to worry about a medical situation ruining my family, and to live in a country that covers everyone else too. Those who feel different are deluded or selfish jerk-0ffs IMO.
Universal care is coming. Get on board or get TF out of the way. Don't like it? I don't care. The capitalists, .5%ers and freedumb lovers are not going to be allowed to keep this country down much longer.
America, where you have the freedom to......work your tail off for crumbs and then drop dead.
