Hi All...
So I've just come back after some time off from running and have been told that because track is looking like a no-go this year, I should prepare for cross country. Now I've been told that this is the perfect time to build a 'base'. But i'm yet to understand what this actually means? Does it mean just running 'easy' for a few weeks to build aerobic ability and not include workouts or anything too damaging??
