Agreed.. What I've read of reputable nutrition sites is to not eat more than one egg per day on average.
Typically I would have 4 scrambled in the morning. Haven't for past week and I claim that's part of why I've started to feel weak.
Starting to feel better after eating a couple Dick's Deluxes tonight. ?
I hear ya.
the recommendations on eggs has changed quite a bit over the last couple of decades, but the current safe recommendation is not more than about an average of one per day, which you could bias by doing 4 eggs at a time but only twice per week.
My son, who is into the bro-nutrition big time plays it a little safe by every day having a couple of eggs cooked up with some liquid egg whites (he says about 3 or 4 servings of that).
Seriously, if it were me, i would not eat 4 eggs a day.
But moving onto the larger issue, if you want a nutritionist answer, it is this: you have to look at your whole diet. There isn't a shortcut. The amounts of fat you are getting, protein, carbs, iron, selenium, magnesium, and other vitamins - a lack of any of them could be causing fatigue or less than optimal health.
There's freakin' easy ways to get meat into your diet, like i said before, and there;s always no-brainers like deli meat, for that matter.
HOw you doing on the alcohol?
I can tell you that that, in and of itself, can make one feel down in general.
Fueling and nutrition is a work in progress. Work on it, it's not so hard, and it pays dividends.
Hey, you want the real deal answer, well here you go.
