I took a week off before the start of summer to get ready for base training and ever since then, I haven’t felt as fit or able to do the runs I did before. I know it’s kind of impossible to lose fitness after a week, but I haven’t been able to run as fast or as far as I had before, heat increase may be a factor but it’s been a month and I’m still not where I was at before. Any help for understanding what’s happening would be great, Thanks
