What does this indicate for 5k? 10k?
Mid 16s and mid 34s in my opinion.
I’ve been doing 6x1mi with 1min rest at about 5:40-5:45 and think I could do low 16s for 5k atm. I’d agree with the above and guess somewhere in the mid 16s depending on the effort level of the workout
