Thinking of hosting a webinar on run programming and methods from a physiological standpoint.
I.e. scheduling a base/build/taper and when those come into play. Intervals at X pace vs Y pace, structure of workouts, and recovery modalities.
Who would be interested, thinking about a 60 - 90 minute lecture time with 30 minute Q+A symposium style discussion to follow. I see a lot of good info on this board and a ton of just terrible training advice and schedules. Who would be interested and prefer a weeknight, weekend, or middle of the day etc for timing.
