Tomorrow (Monday). Will be my 5th week back into training after having 3 weeks off and omg... its like ive never ran before in my life! I am 15:30 5k runner (was probably VERY low 15 5k shape in December) and also a 1:11 half marathon but now its all gone!
I eased back into things starting off with 27 mpw then 34 then 41 and today marks 48 (so going up by 7 each week) but i just have absolutely nothing in me? Can anyone explain why??? normally i would do sessions like 12 x 400 with 60s rest and all splits be between 68 & 70 but now i would be lucky if i could hold 10 at 73!!
WHATS GOING ON... PLEASE HELP!
