I actually want to slim down my legs a little bit more....
do i need to increase the mileage?
I only eat 3 times a day, not more. Majority of the time lots of fruits veggies and Rice/potatoe as dinner, just some type of starch.
I am on 50 mpw atm with 1 tempo/interval session in the week.
