Men through 809m in 2:04
Well, with no clock and bad audio, no one outside of that stadium knows where the men finished.
I had the winner in about 4:02 and Culpepper in about 4:08, the Colorado HS record for 1600 is 4:11.x.
Morgan 4:01 high or 4:02, not sure.
Way too slow through the first 800m to have really given 4:01 (or sub-4) a shot.
McDonald with 55.7ish last 400m to get 4:02.07
I heard 4:02:07, but who knows given how terrible the audio is.

Actually my bad the high school record is 4:10.98, Culpepper was definitely under that, probably about 4:07 for 1600.
Good effort from Cruz, wish he would’ve raced at the quarantine classic. Would’ve been so cool to see him duke it out with Daschbach
COVID must have infected Runerspace and Flosports. Niether seems to be able to broadcast a live track event without it turning into a steaming pile of sh!t.
Another FAIL!
I think you mean TEAM COBURN
Hand timed splits for everyone:
409 - 62.1
809 - 62.1/2:04.2
1209 - 61.4/3:05.7
1609 - 55.9/4:01.2
Pretty crap pacing in both races honestly

True, but didn’t Cole Sprout run a 4:07/4:08 time trial at Niwot HS about 6 weeks ago? However, don’t recall if that had a Fully Automatic Timing system.
Don't forget that Cole Sprout ran a 4:07/1600m time trial back in April.

Typo there, should've been 4:01.9

I'm willing to forgive network issues and technical problems, but the camera work? At one point the camera was focusing on a water bottle near the finish line while the women were on their third lap on the back straight. It's like seriously, you can't follow these people around the track for 4 and a half minutes?
Someone needs to explain to me why Gregorek's blue jean mile streamed just fine when it was just Kyle Merber holding a phone, but Flotrack puts out this choppy disaster.
Cruz should joint Matt Stangio in his mile on July 4 in Oregon.
I believe John Lester, the guy who beat Cruz in the 800 in Arizona a couple nights ago, is running another 800m tonight. Matt Strangio was supposed to start streaming it on IG at 7:55 PT, but the stream hasn’t started

Yep, it's just crazy, the official record was set back in 1981! We've had some seriously good runners over the years that couldn't break it, and the year we have two boys that could break it and we have a pandemic.
Update: stream just started
