Yes, one day they will release the tapes and it will be such an inspiration. What a lost opportunity. If they filmed it, it could have been done live and online. Why not? I remember following Rupp's split real time splits for a 13:37 16 yrs ago. That was inspirational. Maybe we can hear the results of this race in next month's T&F magazine.

Filming something denotes recording it on an analog medium for later playback. But, thanks for the input boomer.
No it doesn't fool. If they streamed it live don't you think they recorded it, filmed it or what ever you want to call it idiot.
I was just a workout. Don't they run at APU, Oxy, MtSac when it matters?
Why not inspire kids over the summer? What is the point of not streaming this? Please explain the reasoning in your opinion other than they will run races some day down the line also.

Ugh, go away.

Jesuit is a high school in Washington County. Tracks are closed right now due to the virus. Must be nice that the the high school opened up the track to Nike. Us peons will keep working out on neighborhood roads.
Yep. This isn't an equitable situation out here.
But just to clarify: the public school districts in Washington County (Beaverton and Hillsboro School Districts) set the rule to have all tracks for all schools closed (it's not a Washington County rule). Jesuit, although in Beaverton, is a private school and not subject to Beaverton School District rules.
I agree, gigantic missed opportunity not streaming this. Nick Symmonds' makeshift track meets get 500K views but a professional team can't? Hopefully this was a last minute oversight and they figure it out next time.
Why would professional runners run a race with fast times and not reach out to fans after an extended shutdown? It is unfathomable that they would think they deserve to earn a living without reaching out to fans. Who decided not to stream this live, was it a coach?

There's no support staff. They're all laid off, on furlough, or were unpaid groupies/fanbois.

I have really come to hate this team. Everyone complained about AlSal being super controlling he was nothing compared to this crew.
Exactly!!! This group needs to stop being given a free pass
Really, any kid could have streamed this live fool.
Jesuit had a 100% no photo\video rule as a condition of them doing this.

Jesuit prohibited it as a condition of using the track
Did Nike have a track that they could have run at and streamed, filmed, recorded?
What is the reason they would let them run but not stream, certainly it would not be due to Corona virus issues?
Here are the official timing system results:
https://live.athletictiming.net/meets/6154
Note that the title states "BTC Meet 1" -- so, more to come.
Also, BTC IG post today stated "inter-squad meets" planned for future, COVID permitting, suggesting something is being tossed around with OTC Elite/Eugene & Team Julian. Possibly even Brooks Beasts/Seattle.
KoKo, Engels, Hassan Mead, Hannah Green, others likely will be getting their opportunities very soon.

Can anyone verify?
We can't wait for another secret race that isn't advertised or streamed. Wow and people wonder why T&F is going down and professionals wonder why I don't make more money.
