I like mine a lot. It's not quite as well rounded as past iterations, meaning it doesn't do quite as well for easy/slower days. But the big forefoot zoom really gives some nice pop off the pavement and React is quite a bit more supple than Cushlon. I use it for moderate paces, and even some tempos.
I agree with the above. I don't like the new upper as much but the laces definitely stay tied as opposed to the peg 36. Definitely an upgrade
Just bought them and did one run. I then bought higher socks because the upper tore into my ankle along the front where there’s the assymetric tongue.
Peg 37s may be my all-time favorite Pegs, and I’ve worn them off and on since the 90s. Flexible, responsive, soft (React foam is perfect in this model), and smooth ride. Putting Zoom air in the forefoot only massively improved the shoe- better ride and more flexible forefoot. They are great on any surface and any distance or pace. I’m wearing them for everything except workouts and long runs (Alphafly’s). Only issue I’ve had is they seem a tad long- I may go down 1/2 size on next pair.

That's true, amazing shoe but i did have a slight fear of slippage and used the extra holes for the laces, the tongue is a bad move on their part but i still think it's better than last year's version
Why not try Adidas like the Boston model ... Nike shoes and their cushion die out so fast
I use them a lot for the easy slow days, makes even the recovery miles go by more quickly. The forefoot zoom does well in that situation too. I use Peg turbos amd 4% for faster stuff so the 37 feels kinda heavy compared, but you can pick up the pace in them.
The upper is snug true to size for me, even too much so and I was surprised by this as I usually don't have that problem in Nikes. But the shoe reminds me of zoom elite 9, like a fortified version. The react is good and much better than the old cushlon which wasn't even that durable. I will definitely buy a new pair when I can get 25-50% off which usually happens quite soon with the pegs.
I want to love them, but they're unstable. I can't do an easy run in them, I need to be picking up the pace a little bit, otherwise my foot just wobbles the shoe around because it's too tall for how narrow it is.
The heel fit is much too short also, adding to the instability. They definitely went Mo Farah on the shoe.
If your feet can handle less cushion then the adidas boston is a better and faster shoe.
I really want to love the Peg 37, but I just cannot. I'm bout 260 miles into my first pair. I'll easily get 350-400 out of them, but I won't be buying a second pair.
For trainers, I'm a big fan of the React foam from Nike, and I think it suits the Peg 37 well. The midsole seems to be holding up well, and feels pretty similar to when the shoes were fresh.
It's the uppers that I can't fully support. The reworked mid-foot band causes periodical hot spots. The collar of the shoe has caused some weird blistering on the lateral sides of my ankles - forcing me to wear slightly taller socks to avoid that rubbing. The heel flare makes it difficult to get a proper lock down.
I went down half a size in the new version.
I got 10.5 my normal size, I guess I normally like a little more room. However with the new upper my foot was just sliding forward. Sized down to a 10 with thinner socks, much better.
Overall I do like them.
