It does not matter who wins. Both scenarios are good:
If biden wins, then the leftists will finally quiet down a bit. I never understood why people continued to go insane for 3 years straight, right after trump got elected, when all they needed to do was accept the loss, live their life, and vote for someone else in 2020. Not everyone gets who they want in every election. But we have a system to allow someone new to come in every 4 to 8 years.
If trump wins, it will be a redemptive victory, like an alpha putting down a challenger
Don’t vote for either; vote Jo Jorgensen
Biden is currently running a "front porch campaign" which has been successfully pulled-off several times previously. The last time it was used to win the White House was in 1896 when a Republican, Bill McKinley, defeated the populist/democrat candidate William Jennings Bryan.
McKinley hardly left his front porch in Canton, Ohio and Bryan travelled thousands and thousands of miles while talking to millions of people.
Mark Hanna, the leader of the GOP, gave press releases to the media and answered questions that are normally answered by the presidential nominee.
The old saying, "I can't be hurt by something that I did not say" was true with McKinley.
For Trump to defeat Biden, he's going to somehow be smart enough to get Biden off of his "front porch."
I’m not sure that will happen..
Trump doesn't want to be president again.
Personally, I'd prefer everyone votes for him, to make him do this another four years.

28% is NOT a realistic chance. You must be demented to a whole different level. It was suppose to be a landslide victory. Love it when liberals lie. You REALLY like to distort facts.
Wow.
Somebody really doesn't understand probabilities.
Pretty sure that 110% of Americans don't understand probabilities.
All of you are maniacs.
How long before you realize that politics is managed in the very same way as professional wrestling(fake wrestling). First you love then you hate then along comes an enemy that can unite us, then it turns out our hero is no hero. Let’s point finger’s and never do anything meaningful, at least for the average person.
How do people ignore the fact that candidates who spend more on campaigns are pretty much guaranteed to win. That is politics and policy have nothing to do with their win. And the people paying for campaigns are not doing so charitably, they are paying for loyalty. So a 40 yr history in offices shows an absolute complicity in a system which defines corruption. You think his foreign policy makes him the most suitable candidate to lead us, what about his foreign policy makes you think so. If you look close you will find yet more cases of pure unalloyed corruption.
the truth is if you see the government for what it is the world looks very hopeless, and that’s why people refuse to believe the truth.
It does make sense to put all our faith in a declining septuagenarian whose prolific 40 yr career shows that he is willing to do anything for money.

Why would we be quiet? Biden isn't left-wing, just lefter than Trump.
The left isn't politically represented, hence the protests.
I lean left politically. However, I think Trump will win. I think his silent supporters are real, especially from big money.
Even for left leaners, Biden is not someone to get excited about at all. Even if he's younger, I don't think he has a chance, but now that he's looks like a guy who should've retired 5 or so years ago, I can't see him serving as a President. I know Trump is only 3 years younger, but 3 years at that age is a big difference and how can Biden handle getting no sleep and the stress of a President at that age?
I say that there's no way that Biden will win. Not a chance. Even as a left leaning guy, I'd vote for Trump over Biden, so I guess I'm one of the silent supporters. I want my money to keep growing.

Why is a prediction made three weeks before an election supposed to be more accurate than one made right before an election? The best analysis right before the election said that Trump had a 1 in 3 chance, so it was an upset, but not anymore than throwing a dice and betting that 1 or 2 hits versus a 3, 4, 5 or 6.
Why did the majority of pollsters and news outlets/media call it a historic landslide? I guess you are implying that they are all wrong and you are right.
She lost and you can't accept the fact that she was suppose to crush Trump.
Her winning bigly in California to gain the popular vote is meaningless and the same rules apply to Trump.
Face it, she was suppose to win and LOST.

Didn't Clinton win the popular vote last time? And didn't Trump get unexpected wins in multiple swing states?
I have to think Biden will win, but he will need a running mate that is a hell of a lot more interesting than Mike Pence.
Someone like AOC. Young, female, super liberal.
The hate for Trump will make a lot of people that wouldn't have otherwise voted, go to polls just to stick it to him this time.
What I keep hearing about the 2016 election is that the democrats were too complacent when it came to actually going out and voting because they figured Trump couldn't win. I think that will rectify itself.
I don't see how the US prospers with another 4 years of Trump.
You already know she won the popular vote, why act like you don't know??? Idiot.
She won because of California and for no other reason. She won millions of more votes in California. Without one state, just one state, Trump wins the popular vote. Ever hear of the Electoral College?
You can't say that about Hillary. She had 227 electoral votes, Trump had 304. Hillary won 18 states, Trump won 32!!!!!!!
You did pretty crappy in simple logic 101 didn't ya? Dumb is one thing and biased is another, but you're plan stupid.

I think there's a very good chance of Trump winning. There's only a few places needed to vote for him to be back in the White House.
He will definitely not win the popular vote and this is all the polls are telling us. Because previous Democrat-held seats voted for Trump in 2016 this has made modelling the electoral college impossible.
A word of caution, nobody left-leaning should vote for Trump. Vote Green as a protest if you can't vote for Biden.

Your about as left leaning as a neo-n@zi saying he voted for Barrack....
It is amazing how our perceptions affect how we see trump and biden. I see two old guys who are both struggling with decent amount of physical decline (seriously watch trump struggle with that ramp) and mental (trump never rambled like this when he was younger. And while biden used to say stupid stuff, it was a bit more coherent). Having to vote for either of them is a horrible choice to make. We should make them both the presidential fitness test and then take the SATs. The results would be horribly depressing.
Realistically I don't think any US president has every been reelected after a 3x increase in the unemployment rate over their term. That is a major headwind to overcome for the swing voters.
Well, I've voted in this order the previous elections: Hillary, Obama, McCain, Kerry. So, 3 out of 4 Democrats.
I'm not sure why I'm even responding to you as you're comparing my left leaning as extremist voting for Obama. Not sure why you would go all the way there as your mental capability is not quite right.
First, my opinion is based on how I think the election will go. Not about popular vote. About electoral college vote as that's all it matters in election. That means of Trump winning the swing states. Not about winning California by a landslide or winning New York.
Realistically, I don't think any President had to deal with whole country having to shut down for an extended period of time causing 3 times the unemployment rate. Bringing just that one statistic to base your opinion on who's going to win presidency is as dumb as you sound.
Realistically, I don't think any President has lost re-election when stock market is doing well leading up to election time which is the likely scenario.
But who knows. Noone knows what's going to happen until it happens so this is all moot.

Pretty sure no other president had the governors shut down nearly all businesses in an election year before.
No.
Here is why Trump will win:
1. Silent majority will still vote for Trump.
2. Seeing the incompetence of Biden and his diminished brain capacity will make voters on the fence hold their noses and pull the lever for Donny.
3. More POC will vote for Trump than you think. In my travels all over the US the past 4 months (yes, I have flown close to 40 times since Covid started), I have been approached by a shocking number of POC who have commented on my Trump face mask and told me "don't listen the news, there are many minorities that like Trump." Even in San Francisco and Vermont, comments for 7-1 and 10-1 in favor, respectively.
And if Biden does put on a new pair of Depends and come out of his cellar to debate, he won't last five minutes with gaffes like "120 million Americans have died from the virus" or "I'm running for governor."

if Trump resigned and Pence ran, would you vote differently? I think a lot of people would. Biden is a weak candidate but Trump is awful.
The silent majority is a myth, even in 2016 in was a minority. A loud mouthed one at that.
