what do you think i can run in 3k TT based on this workout:
7 x 800 with 2min walking rest.
800s were run in: 2:43, 2:39, 2:39, 2:43. 2:40, 2:41, 2:39. It was mostly controlled, I only really pushed in the last one.
Can i break 10:00?

I think you'll be right around 10.
9:50 - 10:10.
I checked my running logs from last year, when I was doing 800s in around 2:40, and I ran 9:55 in the 3000 about a month after doing 6x800 in 2:38 with 400m jog rest.

This is what i was thinking yeah, hopefully i will just dip under 10 :)
I ran 9:53 in February indoors before the shut down and just this week did 6 x 800m in 2:49, 2:45, 2:45, 2:46, 2:42, 2:42 with 1 min recovery. I think you're almost there.
