So in the next few weeks I will be building up to 60 mpw (at 50 right now) This is my 1st time going past 50 and I'm seeing huge aerobic gains, but I don't want to push past 60-65 range. Unfortunately, I still have several weeks before our official workouts and season start so I would be holding at about 60s until than. Can I expect to see aerobic gains from holding this mileage or will it plateau until more speed workouts come into play?
