Since the fall marathons in my area are being cancelled and only 3 HMs through the end of the year, I would like to move my training to try and focus on workouts that may encompass all 3 race distances.
Is it possible to do this?
Focus on 10K workouts with high mileage?
I've been averaging around 65+ mpw (high of 75, low of 55)since February and have been primarily doing HM pace tempos until figuring out my next plan.
PRs were all without tapers
5K- 17:04 last fall
10K- 35:34 last fall
HM- 1:18:14 solo time trial in May
Any good suggestions on how I may be able to train and drop all PRs? 5K has always been my strongest race
