I want this thread to be open to any questions, posting training, MAF, Hadd etc. I am in my third week of MAF training after returning to running after 4 years off.
In order to keep it interesting, and it was something I wanted to test out, I ran only breathing through my nose today. I have a high max, but I was able to run up to 160 bpm through my nose, but averaged 149--which was above my MAF range but I figured if I can run breathing through my nose how could I be training too fast?
I don't think I can go back to mouth breathing while running, it felt so weird once I was nose breathing.
