That's impressive at your weight, but certainly believable. I wouldn't call it 7/8 effort, however, if you couldn't do it again for free. A 7/8 effort could be run twice with a few minutes rest.
For what it's worth, I ran a mile in 5:33 a few weeks ago at 55, but I'm 35 pounds lighter than you are.
