I am slow, like david45 and plan on running a cooper test tomorrow.
My slow times are below, note I haven't run a mile/5k since February and my weekly mileage has gone from a Redditor level 20 miles to Hobby Jogger 40 miles since:
Mile: 6:20
5k: 21:06
10: 44:14
HM: 1:38
Can I reach 3000m or will I go home devastated?
