Goal: Mile on July 4th
M: 7.5 with 6 x 4 mins with 1 minute recovery. Went by feel. Reps were around 6:45 - 6:50 pace
T: 7.8 easy with 5 x 20 sec strides
W: 10.2 @ moderate effort with approx. 1500ft of climbing
Th: 6.3 easy

AM: 2.3 with 1K time trial in 3:19. Did this on a flat section in my neighborhood. Got some stares from couple of my neighbors as I was breathing quite hard without mask/buff at the end. Getting closer to 5:30 pace for the mile but, I will probably be off by 5-10 secs.
AM: 10.4 @ moderate effort with approx. 2500ft of climbing

Weekly miles: 55+
Weekly hours: 8+
Went to the local trails, as I have been hearing through the grapevine that the local trail races might open up in late August/early September. I haven't raced on trails in the past, but this might be the year of doing new things.
Needed the mental break on Sunday.
