Speaking for a low level guy, not for an optimized pro obviously.
Current estimated PR ran in TT in training (not on a track)
5k : 20:35
Mile: 6:15
10k is 4 month old : 44:20, probably somewhere 43:30-44:00 if I was to make a prediction.
I also ran a 1km on a straight road with traffic closed and I did 3:40.
According to online comparator the 5k is the best by some margin.
Usually you would think that someone with low mileage would be stronger at the mile and struggle in 10k and someone with high mileage and low speedwork would be better at the 10k and weaker at the mile and the 5k would fall always somewhere between. But it seems to be my better time as usual from the last year too.
I admit I only ran two mile TT as I never tried before this distance (estimated by watch) on a STRAVA segment that is a little longer than a mile.
