When in a base phase ,like we all our pretty much in right now, how aggressively do you increase mileage?
10% a week or do you increase by more and hold it steady for a few weeks?
This is assuming you are used to running a higher volume and are just getting back into it after a few weeks of minimal running.
As a side question : when increasing mileage again, do you still take a down week every 3-4?
