Hello, I am hoping to run a halfmartahon towards the end of october. I will do 12 week long training block so I have roughly 7 weeks till i start training block. For the last 3 months i have been running 60 km/week and in last month i added some summer of malmo workouts (tempo and 200-300m intervals).
Should i keep doing the summer of malmo workouts 2 times a week or are 200-300m intervals to short to be helpful for halfmarathon?
I am aiming for sub 1:20 hm if that matters.
