What the hell is "mts". I have been a serious runner for 30+ years and have NEVER EVER EVER seen those intitals. Minutes to seconds, miles to seconds, meters to seconds. If you are going to try to scold me, you best be using common terms.

I do not believe he's trolling. Trolls are political, ironic or satirical. He stated on previous threads a height & weight of 6' 150 lbs. I think David 45 should actually have his heart checked out. Not in a Brave Heart manner. He may need an E.K.G. Possible genetic heart or genetic heart-valve defect. David 45 is going on easy runs at 11 minutes a mile as if he's 100 pounds over weight or a 65 year old man. His cardiovascular system is not working properly. It should not be this difficult for a 6' 150 lbs. fella. See a M.D. David 45.
hey man
i was in your shape (worse) starting high school. my first 5k race was a little over 26 minutes, so i was really sad about that. i thought i would never get faster. at the time my mile pr was a bit under 9 minutes (from that race). but i guess you have to trust the process is what im saying, now im running just under 5 minutes in the mile. i am now 14. you can probably improve waaayy faster than me with the proper training, since you are already 18, ya just gotta trust the grind, ya know?

If this is him, his post history on Reddit is concerning.
I've been doing only easy mileage for 3 months now, and sometimes some 200s at the end of runs, and I think I could break 6, or at least come close to it. Under 6:10 for sure, but I haven't done a time trial since March. It just takes the consistency of running 6-7 times a week even if you don't feel like it.
My parents won't let me go to the doctor because of money reasons
I ran a 1/2 marathon in 1:12 by only running 8 min 30 sec pace for 90 minutes a day and a 2:30 long run at same pace for 10 weeks.

Dude, just shut up. Last week you were spouting off that you had multiple MRIs on you broken feet. You can't have it both ways. If you have money for MRIs, you have money to see a doctor. You are an idiot and you need to leave.

This is the 100millionth self-pity excuses excuses excuses thread you have made. You pose a scenario that you can't attain and then bi#@h about it. You've been told time and time and time and time again what you should do, but you refuse to do it. Just shut up and go away. You are worse than Island.
Just run more and you should be fine. You only know better about yourselves and good luck. One thing, don't post trolls.
You are a proven liar. Doctor visits are cheap. MRIs are expensive. How will you pay for your D1 state school? It will run you about $100k.
I agree it takes no talent to break 6, but it’s entirely wrong that elementary school kids, or even inactive teens, can do it with “little to no training.” Most people who don’t do any sports can’t break 8.
David45, Can you run at a 6 minute /mile pace for 200m?

He ran 3:04 for a half mile the other day, so yes.
David, you should do a 1 mile time trial. You should be well under 7:00 now, and can stop complaining about your 8:05 or 7:30 mile PR.

Where is his training log? I must have missed it.

He starts a lot of threads here, and that information was in one of them.

Thank you for the response. I only see 1/8 of the threads he starts then. Wondering if one was a training log with his work.
This thread has to be a joke
When David45 posted often, David45 emailed &/or called brothers Johnson. David45 was vetted by let'srun management. He probably switched to body building and hopefully has a girlfriend now.
