Mileage is 20 MPW. Easy runs are at 11:00 minute pace
Push your mileage over 30, don some high-grade compression pants, and you'll smash it.

Seriously David????
As has been made pretty clear in responses from prior threads you've started, it's possible for many to do that with no runs at all. You continuously use this pattern of starting threads to complain that you haven't been blessed with any talent.
You are either doing some kind of weird troll thing pretending to be a naive untalented moran to see what reactions you'll get or you've got some serious psychological issues. Either way, you should seek professional psychological help if you have not yet done so.
I think there genuinely is something wrong with him, trolls usually don't just keep posting over and over and over again the same BS when they now the response that they'll get will be the same thing as last time. However, I could be wrong, he might just be a very dedicated troll.

What do you mean there is a something wrong with me?
9th grade I never did sports or gym my entire life and played videogames all day and smoked. I broke 6 my first time ever running a mile with 0 training. Ofc you can break 6 with easy runs, I assume most people can break 6 with never running in their life prior. I wasn't even healthy at the time.

Yeah right. That "mile" was probably some road loop that was actually 0.90, or someone lost count and you only ran 3 laps around a track, or you're a troll.
What if I run 25MPW? Is that enough?
I have absolutely no running talent; anyway, I enjoy doing it
1.76 mts, 74kg, 2 years running, first one 15 MPW, second one average 20, and last 3 months gone to 25-28 MPW.
yesterday did a 6 min TT,: 1,450 mts... I think in a couple months I'll be able to do my first sub 6 mile.
What I mean is, a sub 6 mile without training is possible if you have natural talent; if not, you will have to work for a long time to achieve it
As I said earlier, my son ran 4:50 in 8th grade gym class on no training in the fall. He ran 4:40 during track on about 15 MPW.

Yet, so many kids can't break 5 at all.

Then how come I couldn't do it?
lol. This is how every David45 thread starts. He posts a troll question, gets a few legitimate answers, and then he replies with this" "Then how come I couldn't do it?"
I think that the correct answer is: David45 is lazy.
Summer of Malmo is what you need, man:
I haven't gone running in a year but I could probably run sub 6 right now. It would hurt.

So, after two years of training 20mpw and stuck at 12:30 pace a month ago in another thread, and you absolutely couldn't go any faster, at 18yo, 6'0", healthy, and if I recall something like 150 lbs... you are suddenly running your 20mpw an 11:00 pace?

I have no idea what you are talking about with your mts crap, but you are wrong that it takes talent to break 6. Pretty much any non-fat teen can do this with little to no training. Heck, most elementary kids can do it with little to no training.
The fact is that David45 is a pansy crybaby. He would rather start 10 billion threads crying like a sissy than actually train. He is a classic moran.
Weird, this is what he said on reddit just the other day.

No need to increase to 25 mpw. Pretending just for a moment that this is serious, if an 18yo healthy male is stuck at 12:30 pace or 11:00 pace or whatever you're saying next, there is no reason to increase the mileage beyond the 20mpw that you say you are already doing.
You said in another thread that your mile PR is something like 8 minutes, right? So right now you should be working on basic fitness.
I'd say your easy 3-mi runs (you mentioned on another thread) should be 9:30-10:00 pace (if you can run 1 mile in 8 min as you have said, then this is feasible). One time trial (1 mi) per week to assess fitness, with a day off the next day. Midweek, one track session with 200 or 300 or 400 repeats, to get your legs accustomed to moving faster than easy pace or TT pace.
Doing this consistently for 3 months or so will drop your mile TT. Should come down to sub-6. At that point, you have achieved a reasonable basic fitness and can start increasing mileage, adding other workouts, and/or developing yourself for a specific event(s).

I totally agree that any David45 thread is moronic, and anyway, still gets some honest responses.
As it seems to go beyond your knowledge, I'll also google it for you, 1.450 km = 0.9 miles.
I'm interested.... According to the Cooper test standards, a 20 year old male, able to run 2.8 km (don't worry, got you covered, 1.74 miles) is in excellent condition... that would translate barely to 1400 - 1550 in six minutes... are you really telling that any non-fat teen is in better than excellent condition??
