He should definitely get banned, however , I think the AIU has opened a can of worms there:
Either they call everybody, either they never call anybody.
Example :
Athlete A has already two missed tests, a DCO comes for a third test, athlete A is absent, but get called, rush to get tested => athlete A is OK
Athlete B is in the the same situation, but the third time, the DCO leaves without warning => athlete B is banned.
If such differential treatment, they are bound to get sued .
A one hour window is a on hour window, a tester comes, you're there, if not, a missed test and BASTA, no deal, no call, nothing. Coleman put himself in this situation, but so did the AIU, by allowing their tester to warn
I think that he will get a reduced sentence, one year, from 9 dec 2019 to 9 dec 2020 ....
