Wow. He narrowly escaped a ban last summer but then apparently missed another one.

At this point, it’s just laughable.
Can't trust this guy anymore.
Remember when his dad came here and attacked us all for daring to suggest that there was anything fishy about missing 3 tests in a year -- even if technically legal?
How does it really work? He makes it seem like they show up at your house when your are not home and that is a strike. That can't be right or everyone would miss 3 times.
Remember that Bolt defended Gatlin and Coleman in press conference, regarding doping questions.

He needs to set up his testing times for the early morning. Where is he at during the daily 6am time frame? In bed? That's your testing time. The occasional knock knock at that time won't hurt him... and if he is clean, it'll obviously help him.
Has there ever been a clean sub 10 guy? It's just lineup after lineup of who's who of dopers.

When I saw it, I thought I was reading an old story.
This is unbelievable. He escaped it early last year and now, he did it again.
Whatever the case/reason, this is just careless!
HOW CARELESS CAN ONE BE?
So now, there's no sub 9.80 clean athlete, except Bolt and his 9.58.
..
Thing about second chances is....there are no second-second chances.

Usain Bolt and Donovan Bailey are the only 100m Olympic Champions since automatic timing started that have never been associated with drug use or test positive. None of them ever missed a single test either. Coleman is either dirty or a massive f*cking idiot for missing so many doping test in such a short span of time. It is a shame how dirty the sport continues to be.
Everybody who is subject to surprise drug testing should have a Ring doorbell.
He should have never been cleared. Once a cheat. He should have been banned and not allowed to run at Worlds in Doha.

Sort of reminds you of Lance Armstrong, all his main rivals were on PEDs, but he supposedly wasn't and was able to beat them all, and we all know how that turned out.
But Bolt is different to Armstrong lol.

I’m here, simmering.
I’ve laid it all out here, in thousands of posts. I don’t trust CC, I never have. No human has ever yet run a wind-legal 9.80-or-below cleanly. Or even below 9.84.
Or if you don’t like Bailey-Galea and others like Vicaut-Wohlfahrt or the slew of 9.87/9.88 dirty guys, then maybe 9.86 Lewis.
Most likely a bunch of 1-off low 9.9x guys with good wind have been the fastest ever, guys like Smith and CL.
Just look at the times all-around in the 1984 L.A. games...look what got into the semi’s and the final...and even that was after Wells.
I have never trusted CC. Never.
BJ’s 9.83 was the huge one, it has never yet been equalled cleanly. As soon as that mark went up, it separated the real men from the emeffers.
That was the biggest time in sprint history, the definitive end of innocence, hope, delusion, dreams. We are now in the year 32 or 33 AB, depending on when you start counting. We will see more of this kind of after-the-fact bust in the future, but at some point people will slip through/buy their way through.
The real fastest 100/200 guy of the last decade may have been CL. But who cares—what it’s about now is waiting for an insane time, then systematically building the case.
If I had 2 missed tests already I'd be sleeping in a tent in my front yard so they couldn't miss me.
To miss three you have to be an idiot or dirty, either way it should be a lifetime ban.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
