At the time of writing, I am a 30 year old male. 5'11. 173lbs.
As stated in other threads, I don't have a background in running and haven't really done any sport for the last 10 years.
Goals:
To build mileage up to 30-40 mpw.
Run sub 20 minute 5k by end of 2020.
Run sub 1:30 half marathon end of Feb 2021.
I'll post my mileage on here for each week. Any feedback/suggestions are welcome.
Note: I am building my mileage slowly to avoid injury - last time I tried to run I was injured within the first month from trying to do too much too soon!

6/6 - 2 miles @ 9:19 (Forced myself to slow down)

11/6 - 2 miles (1 mile warmup @ 7:45 + 5 x 30/30 fartlek) Total time: 14:46
12/6 - REST
13/6 - REST
14/6 - 2.5 miles @ 7:45
Total - 7.7 miles
