Complete beginner runner, I am a Male, 32y, 172cm
I 'm a bit overweight.. 4 months ago 85 ---> 79KG (-6KG)
I was told to preserve my articulation (due to overweight) and better focus on Stretch/Strenght/Fitness-Core workout and more importantly to have a look into Running drills before to reach a running club. I found most exercices on Youtube, and I do my best to master them on my garden.
But I am looking to understand why, how, what I am doing them that way.
Which muscles are involved in the exercices?
Which body parts should be aligned and why? (coordination)
Do I have certain angles/positions to respect, apply some forces, contract some muscles ?
Some running drills on video do not have english name on the exercices, do there are a detailed running drills database somewhere ?
