I don't have the habit of running in the morning as I have a hard time waking up early, instead I usually run in the middle to late afternoon or early evening. And in the very few runs that I did in the morning I noticed that I tend to run significantly faster with pretty much the same effort.
So I was thinking is that something normal or is simply easier to push yourself when it's cold.
For note, I live in a tropical country, by this time of the year it's pretty normal to have a 13 °C min and a 27 °C max (55.4 ° to 80.6 °F)?
