Floyd is by far an imperfect icon. Rosa Parks was not the first black woman who refused to give up her seat on a bus to a white person. Rosa Parks was simply the point in which people got sick & tired of being pushed around. If the gist of your argument is that the revolution should have started when Tamir Rice was assassinated by a white cop, looking back now, the revolution should have started in 2014. Maybe Obama love prevented the revolution for starting then. If you want to rename this movement in Tamir Rice's name, feel free.
